Summer of Self-Care
Along with helping adolescents, we are getting involved with younger kids and helping them stay engaged during quarantine. Through weekly activities, we help them develop educational skills and offer fun, easy ways to practice self-care during these difficult times. We hope to set these children up for success by teaching them ways to lead a healthier lifestyle and take care of their mental health from a young age! If you're child is interested please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/Uqdgyf7foFYjpYrA6
